This notice describes the Nexgen Precision corporate website. Individual portfolio products have their own notices and data practices.

Business inquiries

If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, optional organization, topic, and message you provide. We use that information to review and respond to your inquiry. The website sends the inquiry through our email service provider, Resend, to our private business inbox.

Please keep patient information out

This is a business communication channel. Do not submit patient records, medical histories, protected health information, credentials, or confidential case materials. This site does not provide care or create a clinician–patient relationship.

Website delivery and technical data

Vercel hosts this website. Hosting and security services may process technical request data such as your IP address, browser information, and request time to serve and protect the site. The site does not set advertising cookies, load third-party analytics, or store contact messages in browser storage. Fonts and visual assets are served with the website.

Portfolio links

When you follow a link to a portfolio site or LinkedIn, that destination’s privacy practices apply. The corporate site does not transfer patient records or grant access to a portfolio product.

Retention and requests

Inquiries may remain in our business correspondence systems for follow-up and recordkeeping. For questions about your inquiry, or to request access, correction, or deletion, use the contact form and include your inquiry reference if available. Please do not send sensitive information to establish your identity.
